Every body (and mind) is different and that’s why each session with me will look and feel different depending on who you are and how you operate. Our time together will be used to take a deeper look inside to become more adaptive and willing to let go of patterns that keep us in a cycle of struggle.
I work with individuals who experience one or more of the following:
- Difficulty Sleeping
- Lack of Confidence
- Digestive Issues
I also work privately with individuals who are interested in developing therapeutic self-care practices like yoga and meditation.
Yoga sessions will involve a blend of restorative, yin, and yang postures that allow the body to unwind and correct imbalances in the physical body as well as calm the nervous system to relieve stress and improve overall mood.
Meditation sessions* begin with discussion on the foundational concepts of meditation in order to develop a successful and sustainable home practice. Will include guided practice.
Reiki sessions* are like an assisted meditation, leaving you feeling at ease and balanced. We’ll reserve time at the end of the session for mindful discussion in order to bring light to the root of our dis-ease.
*These sessions can be done in-person or over the phone, Skype, or Facetime.
