Therapeutic Yoga involves a blend of restorative, yin, and yang postures that allow the body to unwind and correct imbalances in the physical body as well as calm the nervous system to relieve stress and improve overall mood.
Meditation* learn the fundamental skills to establish a successful and sustainable home practice.
