I work with clients who are seeking greater comfort and ease in their body and mind. The purpose of these therapeutic yoga sessions is not to become good at yoga postures, but to become familiar with the communications of the body and help correct imbalances.
The body speaks in the language of felt sensations and with dedicated practice we can learn to understand more fully what our body needs from day to day. Every body is different so each session will be tailored for your body and needs.
Through a blend of restorative (gentle), yin (static), and yang (movement) postures you will become familiar with this language of sensations in order to help restore the natural vitality of your body.
